Med Management Associates, is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health , Family, Adult Gerontology, and Adult Nurse Practitioners to join its team in Aldie and Manassas, Virginia.
Our Nurse Practitioners work in nursing homes as part of a multi-disciplinary team that could include psychiatrists, psychologists, neurologists, licensed clinical social workers, and nursing home living center staff.
Our Nurse Practitioners will provide psychiatric assessments and ongoing psychiatric medication management, in an interdisciplinary team approach, to ensure the combination of therapy techniques and medication are used for the best patient outcomes.
