## Job Description
The Fitness Manager''s focus will be to drive sales and product services. Assigned to a designated club location, with the expectation of generating new business and driving customer service to achieve biweekly sales goal.
## Roles and Responsibilities
Sells and conducts introductory certified personal training sessions and assessments
Executes an effective prospecting strategy using approved company lead generations
Responsible for the successful attainment of company targets, including revenue and client retention
Follow up on leads and referrals
Update communications with potential and existing customers on a daily basis
Provide excellent service to new and existing customers through regular communication
Bring suggestions and customer feedback to the attention of management
Inform customer service department when aware of service issues
Complies with operational procedures in the club
Demonstrates an expert level knowledge about fitness to generate sales
Establish and maintain both current and potential customer relationships
Maintain customer record logs
Prepare a variety of status reports, including daily call sheet documenting, business contacts and sales goal adherences
Communicate new promotions, contests, information to all existing and potential clients
Maintain accurate and organized files
Responsible for identifying and interviewing personal trainer candidates
Responsible for counseling and disciplining personal training staff
Train, monitor and coach performance of training staff
Communicate and drive company standards, policies and procedures
Ensures training staff is consistent in punctuality, dress code compliance, friendliness and cleanliness
## Expectations
This is full time employment. We expect a minimum commitment of 45 hours per week, at least 6 days per week (20 hours of training max; 20-25 hours of managing/selling minimum)
We expect you to maintain a regular schedule and clock in and out each day for every shift
Job Training is mandatory; Conference calls and live sales training will occur weekly
Maintain PT and CPR certifications throughout employment
Daily accountability must be completed and sent to your supervisor
